		Emmett's parents had this to say: Kim cared for my son from age 1 to age 3. Kim has many strengths that come from her many years of experience (far too many to list) but among her skills are her ability to provide a consistent environment and her extremely calm demeanor. Kim has an amazing ability to discipline children without raising her voice or without often resorting to consequences. She simply gives the range under which the children can "operate" and never waivers. This not only makes for children who happily stay within those confines, but it gives them a strong sense of security as they always know what to expect. She has a way of maintaining her "cool" despite the challenges that running a home daycare undoubtedly bring. My son always enjoyed going to Kim's and speaks very highly of her. Now that he is older and more verbal, in his genuine three-year-old fashion, he explained that he "loves going to Kim's house". 		This is what Sophia's parents had to say: We had a very positive experience with Kim's daycare for our daughter, who spent just over a year at Kim's place before we had our second child. Kim's consistency of care, gentle and practical approach are all admirable qualities. The kids have plenty of playtime, fabulous meals, and a nap or quiet time every day. Kim is exceptionally reliable as a home daycare provider. She gives plenty of advance notice for any time off, and during the year our daughter spent in her care, never required any sick time. 		Brady's Parents said this: Our son Brady loved going to Kim’s every day, and we loved feeling confident that we were leaving him in experienced hands. The structured environment allowed him to feel very comfortable right away. We especially liked the family environment that Kim provided which allowed Brady to grow and learn in so many ways. Not only did Kim provide care for the kids, she also provided fun, Brady loved proudly showing off all his crafts that he made during the day.
